Brighthands Homecare Services LLC operates in full compliance with Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) regulations and Medicaid waiver requirements. All staff complete required background checks, abuse and neglect prevention training, CPR/First Aid certification, and ongoing professional development. We follow strict incident reporting, documentation, confidentiality (HIPAA), and quality monitoring procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of every individual served.
